Every year during the autumn and winter, we press our own apple cider right here on the farm. Usually we press a fresh batch every week. Our apple cider is pure apple juice, usually a mix of four or five apple varieties, unfiltered, and flash pasteurized. We recommend that customers try our cider multiple times throughout the season, as the flavor profile changes with the different apple varieties that we use in our mix.
